What to Expect During the Maintenance Window
During this time, the following services will be unavailable:
Integrated credit and debit card transactions through Merrco and Chase
Gift card activation and redemption through Givex and Birchmount
Workaround for Credit and Debit Transactions
If you use Chase or Merrco, you can continue processing credit and debit card payments by placing your terminal into standalone mode. To complete these transactions in your system:
Process the payment directly on the terminal in standalone mode. In the POS, tender the sale to cash. Once the maintenance window has ended, update the payment method in HUB to reflect the correct tender type.
Services Not Impacted
The following services will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window:
Stores will be able to continue conducting business as normal. Only the integrated third-party services listed above will be affected.
