Hello Cova Clients,
Cova has a planned system maintenance window from 2:00am – 4:00am MDT on the morning of June 23rd. During this window, HUB and back-office services will have intermittent downtime as we perform necessary maintenance to the impacted systems.
Throughout the maintenance window, the POS will continue to function as expected and there will be no interruption to in-store sales or traceability.
Cash management and the ability to cash out drawers and safes on the tablet will not be impacted and work as intended.
Orders from 3rd party services will NOT appear on the POS during the maintenance window.
Impacted Functionality:
• HUB • Reporting for new sales activity will be delayed • Purchase Orders • Sales Orders • Taxes and Settings • New POS device activation
