Planned Maintenance – June 28th, 2022

Hello Cova Clients,

Cova has a planned system maintenance window from 12am -1am MDT on June 28th. During this time certain functionality will not be available, however, stores will be able to continue to make orders and process sales. Once the maintenance is completed all pending sales will processed and data will be accurately reflected in HUB and reports.

Impacted Functionality:

• Sales will not appear in Cash Management – Sales that are made during the maintenance window will not be accounted for in Cash Management until the maintenance window is over and those sales can be processed to the cloud.
• Invoices created during the maintenance window will not be refundable until the maintenance is completed.
• Orders will remain open until the sale is processed in the cloud, even if the order has been tendered on the tablet.
• Inventory will not be deducted on the POS or HUB until sales and orders are processed after the planned maintenance.
• General Ledger will not update until sales have processed.
